Tri-Continental selects 'There was a Queen' Yi As Akh Padshah Bai (There was a Queen) is selected for the competition section of the Tri-Continental Film Festival 2009. This film gives voice to the women of Kashmir on the question of on going conflict in the Valley. The film is directed by Kavita Pai and Hansa Thapliyal.The festival will kick off in Delhi on 15 January 2009 - 18 January 2009.
